LIC of India — Non payment of insurance policy benefits after death of policy holder

My father, Late Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta was holding LIC policy No.[protected] . He expired on 08 April, 2015 ( natural death ) . Policy documents submitted to the Daryaganj Branch on 06 May, 2015 . Inward no. of the receipt of original policy documents is - PH/2015/052217/OS dated 06 May, 2015. Sum Assured not received till date, neither any communication in writing as to why the claim has not been settled . Status report of the policy dated 27 /06/2015 ( as collected personally from the branch office ) is attached as photograph for proof .
