[Resolved] Lic Of India — not getting the receipt, problem with online payment | |||
I am Mr. Sagar Sadashiv Chaugule, my registered mobile no is [protected] & email id is chowgule.[protected]@hotmail.com. For my LIC policy no[protected] the premium payment of Rs. 32661/- has been made by HDFC Cards on 3rd Dec'14. The transaction details are as below. Though the payment is made, In my account of online lic it is showing the premium is unpaid. Even i didnot received the receipt of the payment. I even tried to contact LIC customer care for the same but it was of no use. Biller Name: LIC Policy Number:[protected] Premium Amount: 32661.00 Due Date: 11th December 2014 Bill Amount (Rs Ps): 32661.00 Pay Amount (Rs Ps): 32661.00 Pay Date: 3rd December 2014 Transaction ID: TXHC13165746 When i spoke to HDFC customer care they even provide me RTGS detail they made for LIC RTGS detail is: HDFCR[protected]. Mr. Shreeniwas, The LIC agent helped me to get out of it, he called me on next day n send me the receipt of my payment & also process the pending payment through proper channel.. thanx a lot to him.
