while making the on line payment transaction through Debit card against policy No.[protected] amounting to Rs.5233/- ( Half yearly) on dt[protected]. it was shown transaction failed four times. But after some time I got the SMS from my bank the payment was made four times from my accounts against the same policy Number. when I contacted to your representative.on customer care number on Dt.[protected]. it is told me that 8 to 10 days will be taken to refund the excess amount which was paid by me . I do not understand why such long time will be taken to shorted out the matter. I have already made on line complaint thrice. but no action has been taken yet to refund excess amount. It is requested you. pl do the needful action to make the refund of excess amount paid by me.
