I have paid the premium online through LIC direct pay for policy number[protected] on 22nd Nov 2015. At the end of the transaction, I did not get any receipt but I was charged. Also, when I checked my status on LIC website, it is saying awaiting confirmation.
This policy is on my brother's name Rohit Shukla.
I tried to contact the Branch Manager at Allahabad but nobody is trying to help. I have attached the image of the transaction which has transaction ID: 9815834 and the transaction date is 22-Nov-2015.
