Lic Of India P&gs Department — Neither getting annuity payment for group pension nor getting information

My policy number for group pension is 011H[protected]. Since one year I am not getting annuity. If I want to register complaint in LIC of India also it is not accepting. LIC concerned department is not giving any notice or information regarding stoppage of annuity payment. Pl concerned pl do the needful.
