Lic — paid for policy but not received any policy number

This is a complaint regarding the policy from lic.
I paid rs.36000 for 1 policy 814/6 and did not receive any details from the company.
Payment was on 29th june 2019.

I am not able to find any solution.
Lic managers told to file the police complaint but police is not supporting and saying that we cannot help on this matter, they said to file court case against lic company in the court then any thing can be done.
Please help me, this money was for my child future security, help me to get my money back.
