I have made payment by using lic online payment for my father policy on date 28/09/17 through my sbi debit card but after payment lic portal show error and saying transaction failed but amount debited from my account, further on same time payment made as cash at lic counter where they accepted premium and given recipt now my account still showing deduction of rs.1835 which is need to be credited if transaction failed and payment received by lic as cash on counter
So, please help to recive back my money in my account

Updated by niteshsingh02 I Have receive premium receipt via email now i have two payment receipt one from cash counter and one from email how can i claim my double payment .

Unable to register in an lic premium online policy in a new register and unable to pay my payment through online
check out the attached image for more information,
its continuously showing invalid premium policy every time, please find out my issue and solve it .
