As I was given several reminders to surrender my LIC Policy with the previous mail trail, I could not get any acknowledgement and reply from the concerned department. As everybody knows that there is a slogan of LIC i.e.' "JINDAGI KE SATH BHI AUR JINDAGI KE BAAAD BHI". But now I am assuming that it is all wrong slogan, now the concerned departmental peoples are treating like we are a beggar, we are asking our money which we have deposited.
Why are the people have surrender the policy because they survive with the funds. Also I would like to inform you all of that I belong to hospitality industry and everyone are aware that after covid the hospitality industry has gone down, even employees could not pay theirs children school fee, and regular small scale EMI's too.
As I clearly mentioned in the previous mail I came back to my home town and has started my own work but lack of fund the business has could not grow, also couldn't get paid my premium. Finally I have decided to surrender the policy to survive the current situation and approached to my nearly branch, as advised by the branch manager I have sent a mail to the concerned department, also the BM has sent a request to the Delhi branch on behalf of me, and also he has send an agent (Mr. Gopal Pargain) to the Delhi branch personally. And he has also told me that all the relevant documents has been submitted to the Delhi branch 2 months back and when he visited to Delhi branch and met to the manager Mr Sanjeev Madan (Mob. [protected]) and also met to Ms. Shanti Claim department.
As told by the Delhi hod's to an agent that the amount will be credited in next 3 working days. But still no any funds is credited to my account nor any acknowledgment.
If the things will be happen like same, we are loosing confidence from the LIC and would be intimate to the same things which is happening with me to my all relatives and friends circle.
Now my concern is that to intimate to all the LIC's seniors HOD and departmental head which was happening to getting my claim.
I hope that the hod's will take an initiative and will resolve the matter ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
