Lic — Regarding cashback on 10% of lic premium payment with e-wallet

Dear Sir,

I want to say that i have paid lic policy through e-wallet but what
arun jaitely sir said that those customers who will paid their premium
through e-wallet will get cash back in 10% or 8 % but unfortunately
lic does not provide me cash back in my back account neither in my
e-wallet account through which i have paid the lic premium of Rs
11003.

please look into this matter seriously else i have to place complaint
in consumer court & in pmo office.
