Lic — Renewal Premium Amount debited in Bank Account but Receipt not Generated

Dear Sir,
I paid LIC renewal Premium of my daughter Mahi Paliwal today but amount was debited from my bank account but receipt of the transaction was not Generated from LIC . The details of the transaction are as follows:
