Lichfl — No Response from LICHFL & its agent for Loan A/c No.[protected]

Pathetic service. Loan processed at higher interest rate in spite of 10% rate. Since then agent is not picking up my phone calls. Nobody to coordinate with builder to collect payment request. No loan agreement copy received. After following up with Jogeshwari office no confirmed answer. Shall I stop making payments of EMI's if not received any reply? It was a biggest mistake to process loan through LICHFL. It is like hitting head against dead wall. Please reply & coordinate.
