Lichfl — Non receipt of original documents after payment of all my dues

Dear Sir, I have taken home loan (A/C No.- [protected]) from LICHFL Varanasi . I have already paid all my dues to LICHFL Varanasi in August 2015. But till date i have neither received my original documents nor any letter from your side in this connection. I have already submitted request letter for the above on 08/10/2015 to LICHFL, Gorakhpur branch. I urgently require all my original documents for other works to be done. When I met the branch manager of your Gorakhpur office for my original documents he mis-behaved me and told me to leave his office immediately. I request you to kindly look into it personally and arrange to send me all my originally documents. Thanking you and hoping for an early response.
