Lichfl — Not issuing the Loan outstanding balance for the loan account Loan A/C No.[protected], and[protected].

I have applied for outstanding balance of above said loan on 11.02.2023, they have given the out standing balance amount as on 28.02.2023, but the period have expired for closing the account. They said if you want new balance, apply after the march emi completed. now I have applied for the Outstanding balance as on 20.03.2023 with enclosure (i.e exit interview form on 11.03.2023. But, I did not recived the loan outstanding balance.
