Lichfl — Problem with floating intrest rate | |||
After my fixed interest rate of 10.75 for a period of 3 years immediately they changed the floating rate to 11.75%, they said if I pay 13, 000 they will change the interest rate to 10.5, I did that, they changed back to 10.5 as said but with in a month I received a letterl stating that they again increased the floating rate to 11.75%. what a cheaters !!!, Please don't go for LICHFL for home loan Was this information helpful? | |||
