Lido — Delay In Refund

I enrolled for my Daughter (Ms Elisha Philips) online classes on July 2021 for Rs 81000/- via credit card EMI. bearing invoice no-LIDO[protected]
and since we were not happy with quality and process. They even not fulfilling there promised word and hence we requested for cancellation on September 2021
vial all modes and continuous followed up. But till date no refund has been effected. Every time they are giving new dates.
Before admission they were following up like any thing and now the contact per Miss Niharika is not responding and speaking rudely

I feel like cheated and there is deficiency in the service.

Kindly do the needful for the same
