I enrolled my daughter June 2021 and paid full fees, but due to bad quality unable to continue classes, we requested for refund but lido team is not responding properly regarding refund, each and every time lido team will say their team will call back, but after 2 months also they didn't call, we didn't understand how to get refund, whom to approach, I think lido is a fraud learning app. Customer care support is only for Lido benefits not for consumer.
