Dear Sir,

I, Parent of Ms. Srividhya Prasanna, student of Lido Learning joined in the month of August 2021. We have paid Rs. 25, 000/- (Spot Payment) - At the time of payment, Mr. Kanishk Sanghi (Manager) along with Ms. Natasha Singh (Business Development Associate) assured me and as well as my referral - to pay the Amazon Voucher of Rs. 10, 000/- to my referee and Rs. 3, 000/- to me as an promotional activity. He also told me that it will be paid after 5 classes. But, till now no response, Whenever we ask for the same, he will be saying that - It will take some time and postponing it. but, lateron he said that the referee should be active for payment of voucher. This is to inform you that the referee is inactive since April 2021, which Mr. Kanish Sanghi is aware of it. As he didn't kept the promise, hence this plea..
