    The loan amount fully paid back by Shri Dev Prakash Madhu to bank/financial institution through EMI’s for 12 months periods installments.
    Even after confirmation of refund approval from [protected]@lidolearning.com on dated 29.10.2021, amount Rs. 50000/- deposited as above was not refunded back yet till date of complain made on dated 11.02.2022.
    Kindly arrange to refund back from LIDO.

      I joined lido and adapted to coding after a period of 2 months they told me that the company is closed and we have handover to infinite learn they told me that we have no tutor for coding they hand over to wizclub and now they are saying that we have coding only till 8th and they have put me in a class 1st coding group

        My son joined in it. They forcefully made to join in that. I paid 50000. Some classes attended by my Son. we cancelled it and requested for refund. They have to refund 40000. Till now we have not received the refund. Kindly suggest. what to do sir.

          I received a call from Lido learn regarding online tution classes. I purchased a subscription for 2 years in one go and paid 34000 for 2 years course.
          They provided classes for only 8 months and have closed their business.

            I had opted for coding classes for my ward Bharat khubani in the month of Jan and i had paid the fees for the full course but since the month of June the classes were conducted only for 10 15 min and sometimes the mentor did not join the classes for which I had made a complaint also and I was assured that the same would not be repeated and class would continue from now onwards but since the month of August the classes are not being conducted.no intimation has been given to us.
            Request you to please refund the feees amount.

              I have registered the refund request on Lido learning website on dated 28/08/2021, with in 15 days of enrollment & also requested to stop the Lido Maths classes for my son from the same date.
              But the refund of deposit money is still not initiated after more than one year.

              No communication & response on phone & emails.

                  My daughter studying in 6th class in Jammu city. She started lido learning course w.e.f. Jan 2022 and submitted the whole fees during the month of Dec 2021. But from the last few months the classes was not going on and there was no response shown on the website regarding the classes. I requested to please resolve the issue either by contnuing classes or by refunding the money.

                        I had enrolled my son for Lido learning for 2 years paying 68000.
                        however after around 4 and 5 months, the classes did not go well . and lido learning company closed.decided to unenroll and get the refund. I tried contacting them through different channels, mail, businessperson, twitter, phone etc... only on twitter i get standard message that it will be resolved

                          I had enrolled my son for Lido learning for 3 years paying 90, 000.
                          however after around 100 hours, the classes did not go well and I decided to unenroll and get the refund. they promised to get the refund in 45 days, but 4 months passed, no response from them. I tried contacting them through different channels, mail, businessperson, twitter, phone etc... only on twitter i get standard message that it will be resolved.
                          I have to get refund of around 70, 000 from them.

                          they have cut down all the communication channels, . Whatsapp number on their website is not working. All old whatsapp are blocked. They dont reply to mails. they have not given any phone number on website. Office address does not exist.

                            We have paid 82000 on base of that if we dont like the class they will refund the money. We applied for refund in month of FEB 2022 till date we have not got any refund. We have no address of the company to speak too. We have been writing email. We have not got any refund till date nor any revert

                                I was employed with Quality Tutorials Private Limited (“Company”) in the position of Curriculum Designer with employee ID QT5392 for the period of 13-Sep-21 to 10-Feb-22. My employment ended with effect from 10-Feb-22 pursuant to my resignation vide letter dated 10-Feb 22. The amount of INR 59135/- (INR - Fifty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Five) comprises the total amount payable (“Final Settlement Amount”) to me by the Company as the full and final settlement of all my claims against the Company for the period of my service.
                                However It's been over 6 months Company has not paid my Final settlement amount which they committed to pay and even took my signature on F&F document.
                                I have also logged their complaint on the Consumer Forum.
                                I request you to please take necessary actions and help me get my pending salary.

                                    One of the fraud company, was the worst learning experience for my kid, one year back I enrolled my kid in Lido Learning Online classes (140 classes) out of it only 16 classes were already completed with zero knowledge, and the rest 124 classes are pending, they organize the classes as per their convenient and that to my kid always have to wait for the teacher where he always absent with-out information. I paid 42000.00, the tutor is always asking my kid to copy and paste the code, that's it!! I raised many complaints to the Lido Learning Team but their behavior is unprofessional and they are always trying to close the issue without any information. Now I have decided to quit and ask for a refund for the pending 124 classes, what they are saying is horrible, for the refund process 40 days will where it was not mentioned at the time of enrolment. For enrolment one of his Business managers gave the assurance, that if not happy with classes will refund immediately and more likely another trap that parents fall into at the time of enrolment. Still, I am waiting to get a refund but no response from the Lido Learning Team, which is very sad to any parent who invests his hard work money but one day you will find yourself very upset. I suggest please don’t get fall into their trap because once you pay, money and your kid’s carrier get collapsed

                                      I worked in lido till 9th feb as company stopped it operations due to funding stop by investors. Lido has committed us ( employee ) to provide our 38 days salary in fnf within 90 days, which got completed in May 9th. Till we didn’t received of dues salary cleared. I request to take strict action against owner and company as it’s the hard earn money we worked for day and night. Also I have docs signed by lido to fulfill there commitment. So kindly take action to clear our FNF from this fraud company and owner.

                                        I am Tanya Gupta i enrolled my self in lido learning for coding course in month of January . it was a course for Rs. 72000/- for which they have told me to pay 3000/- per month for 2 years . Their refund polices states that if you don't like the course in 15 days we ensure you to give you full refund . Later after taking two classes i didn't like the course and within 15 days i unenroll my self form the course but till today its 4.7.22 EMI for my account is deducting and i didn't got any refund yet . NO one is responding on email, No one is picking up the call.
                                        kindly take action against them.

                                          We had enrolled for the lido learning course in September 21 and since my daughter didn't like the programme, so we cancelled and applied for refund accordingly within 15 days as per Lido policy. My EMI's are still deducting from the Bank and since am following from October 21, but there is no proper response still now.
                                          I had coordinated multiple times with Lido team members through whatsapp number [protected] and this number is not active now, but it went in vain.
                                          Please help in resolve it and get my refund.

                                              I have enrolled my child for lido learning and as my child was not enjoying the classes i canceled my subscription with lido learning. Even after almost 3months of cancellation my EMI is continuously deducting for payment made towards enrollment and also the refund amount is not received to me.                                                   This is for your kind information that my ward joined in the course during the month of 11th September 2021, and I am also paid Initial amount Rs.3, 700 /- and also 1st installment also taken by your concern around 2, 700 during the month of October 2021. After that no amount taken from your end. But, in Inspite of that 13th May 2022 taken by your concern around Rs. 2700/-. You assured me that you lido give assurance to repay my amount within 45days. But unfortunately, your promise was not kept at your end. In this regard, I request you give cancellation mail for my child's name from enrolled lido learning for the same.

No one attending the calls and also not replying for my email. The moderator who took demo class and make me to pay, she is also not attending my calls now days. She told that financial team will call me. But no one called me so far.

I immediately cancelled the product because it was a complete waste. I cancelled the course within 15 days as per the companies policies and guidlines.                                                         We had purchased a course from Lido learning for 70k via loan and had opted for refund within 15 days of enrollment, but already our 6 months EMI and 7k down payment has already gone and we still have 18 months of EMI to pay without even attending any classes, now there is no person who I can contact but our EMI is being debited continuously so I kindly request you guys to take action on these guys and get my money back.

                                                          I enrolled my daughter on 11.06.2021 by Lido representative Mr Ketan (Mobile No 91-[protected] ) vide netbanking[protected] BIL/ONL/[protected]/Quality Tu/wwwlidolearning ICICI BANK
                                                          NODA 25, 000.00. After 7 classes, I asked for refund due to my child Ashmita is not able to understand the classes. The refund requested received and processed on 27 july 2021 after verification. I have been told refund of amount Rs 22, 569/- will get within 45 days. After that several times through their whatapp chat & given phone no I have raised my issue. But nothing has done. Always they are taking 15 days time to resolve my issue saying different excuses. In this way they hold me for seven months. Now they have close their whatapp chat and also Phone no is invalid. Now I am not able to contract .Kindly do the needful and take necessary action so that i can get my refund.
                                                          It is submitted that in your site the status of complaint is showing as resolved. But nothithing has resolved so far. Kindly look inti this matter.
