Lido Learning — Delay in refund

We enrolled for my Daughter (ms Sudiksha Singh) online classes on 12.07.2021 for Rs 25000/- via credit card EMI.bearing invoice no-LIDO[protected]
and since we were not happy with quality and process.They even not fulfilling there promised word and hence we requested for cancellation on 15.07.2021
vial all modes and continuous followed up.But till date no refund has been effected. Every time they are giving new dates.
Before admission they were following up like any thing and now the contact per Miss Niharika is not responding and speaking rudely

I feel like cheated and there is deficiency in the service.

Kindly do the needful for the same

hi I m Avtar singh my mob no is [protected] I have placed req for refund but it has been more than 4 month but my amt is not refund I want to know my amt is not refund till yet and your costumer service agent say every month this month u r amt will refund and my emi ducted form my account every month they are telling lie if this month my amt will not refund I will have to req complaint against u cyber cell
