Lido Learning — I m complaining about my refund

I paid to lido learning in advance the full course fees of my sons online class whereas they declared that they will charge only for the class attended. After few classes due to network issue I cancelled the balance class. But it has been more than a year they did not refund my balance amount. The customer care only says they have initiated the refund and will get in a month but after a year still I did not get the refund. My no. [protected].
