Lido Learning — Lido Learning Refund issue

I have enrolled my kid with lido learning in the month of Sep 2021, after few classes tutor told she cannot teach my kid due to he is weak and suggested us to get changed his grade and tutor or get cancel the classes. After discussion with Mentor I have requested for cancellation of classes on 7th Oct 2021 and they approved it on 13th Oct 2021. They told I will take 45 days for refund but still I dint get any refund. The customer support don't response my call, Incase told my call they keep on saying you will be getting refund. In the month dec 2022 after discussion with Finance team they sent email stating I will be refunded mid of Jan 2022. In Jan 2022 I have call them back to get status of refund now they are staying they will try to refund In mid of Feb 2022.
Where the bank is deducting my EMI every month from Oct 2021 to Jan 2022.
no one from Institute was given a proper response on call or WhatsApp chat, and getting only one reply from Customer Care that someone will come back to us or the matter is been escalated. Still, no one came back to me and even no refund process is initiated by them.
I have a serious complaint about Lido Learning and caution all the parents to make sure to pay only after you have a positive experience with their online classes.
