I purchased a product from LIDO in the month of September'21 with a course fees of Rs.95, 000. I immediately cancelled the product because it was a complete waste. I cancelled the course within 15 days as per the companies policies and guidlines. It's been 8 months now and I did'nt get the refund from the organization yet. I am mentally and physically both harrassed and tortured. Please look into the matter and take actions on priorty to resolve the issue.
