Lido Learning — Refund from lido

My son, Luwin Se was enrolled at Lido during Sep 12, 2021, by your executives Gargi and Finance mgr, Kanishk sanghi.

I paid the initial downpayment of Rs.2500/- by transferring to Mr.Kanishk sanghi. The balance rs.47500/- was taken as loan from Ms.propelld.

But due to ease of lockdown, he cudn't continue, and signed off from the pgm within a week.

As assured during the enrollment process, refund was approved by LIDO.

But EMI amount of rs.3958/- was continuously getting deducted frm my account, frm Oct 2021 to Jan 2022. Totally 4 months EMI was deducted.

I was in constant touch with your REFUND call cente [protected] and propelld team, for cancellation of laon and for refund of EMI and downpayment.

After hectic effort, propelled confirmed the cancellation of loan and stoppage of deduction of EMI from Feb 2022.

During 5th feb 2022, one emi amt of rs.3958/- alone was refunded, out of 4 EMIs. Also, the downpayment of Rs.2500/- was not refunded to me.

Sir, it was just couple of minute process, to enroll, but it's almost 6 months, and I am still unable to get back my amount.

From Feb 2022, Refund call centre was not at all responding to my calls. Now frm March, calls are not getting connected to the call centre.

So sir, I am writing this to you .

I hope you would understand my situation and order your executives and refund the balance amount of (Rs . 3958 x 3 )+ rs.2500=14374, please.
