Lido Learning — Refund issue | |||||
We have enrolled my son's "Aashritha Krishna and Neeraj Krishna" with Lido Learning and paid the total amount in advance. With their initial/personal discussion, there was a cancellation policy with a refund, if we discontinue. As my son and we are not happy with the principles and teaching and we have conveyed to discontinue the classes from immediate effect. It has been almost 3 days since we are unable to raise a refund request and contact them. After my notification to discontinue the class, no one from Institute was given a proper response on call or WhatsApp chat, and getting only one reply from Customer Care that someone will come back to us or the matter is been escalated. Still, no one came back to me and even no refund process is initiated by them. I have a serious complaint about Lido Learning and caution all the parents to make sure to pay only after you have a positive experience with their online classes. My personal experience is not that good. These people will call you multiple times at the time of enrolment and arrange demo classes with good tutors. After enrolling and making payment, this may not be true. I hope, with this complaint, I expect my refund soon and other people will not experience such a bad experience...
