Lido Learning — Refund not done after complaint in consumer complaints forum

My earlier Complained as under:-
I enrolled my daughter on 11.06.2021 by Lido representative Mr Ketan (Mobile No 91-[protected] ) vide netbanking[protected] BIL/ONL/[protected]/Quality Tu/wwwlidolearning ICICI BANK
NODA 25, 000.00. After 7 classes, I asked for refund due to my child Ashmita is not able to understand the classes. The refund requested received and processed on 27 july 2021 after verification. I have been told refund of amount Rs 22, 569/- will get within 45 days. After that several times through their whatapp chat & given phone no I have raised my issue. But nothing has done. Always they are taking 15 days time to resolve my issue saying different excuses. In this way they hold me for seven months. Now they have close their whatapp chat and also Phone no is invalid. Now I am not able to contract .Kindly do the needful and take necessary action so that i can get my refund.
It is submitted that in your site the status of complaint is showing as resolved. But nothithing has resolved so far. Kindly look inti this matter.
