Lido Learning — Refund not received

I have enrolled my child for lido learning and as my child was not enjoying the classes i canceled my subscription with lido learning. Even after almost 3months of cancellation my EMI is continuously deducting for payment made towards enrollment and also the refund amount is not received to me. Kindly help me to stop EMI and get my refund as soon as possible.
