We had enrolled for the lido learning course in September 21 and since my daughter didn't like the programme, so we cancelled and applied for refund accordingly within 15 days as per Lido policy. My EMI's are still deducting from the Bank and since am following from October 21, but there is no proper response still now.
I had coordinated multiple times with Lido team members through whatsapp number [protected] and this number is not active now, but it went in vain.
