I've joined my child in Lido learning in Aug 2021, with an understanding that she would start her course after her term exams & Dusshera holidays.
We got a notification from Lido to start classes during the term exams & we were asked to join immediately & we had asked for refund. It was approved & we were told on call that the refund may take 45 days.
After this we have been trying to reach them over whatsapp chat OR mail & there has been no response from any of our previous contacts OR via the mail/chat.
If anyone has any suggestions, pls let us know..
