I enrolled in lidolearning.com in November, 2021 for my kid and I cancelled my enrolment after 2 days. They informed to attend atleast 3 classes for my kid and then my cancellation will be processed. I did the same and initiated cancellation request and sought for refund. They called me and informed that my request for refund was approved and it will take 45 days to credit my account and I also received an email regarding the same. Now 90 days passed and no amount refunded till date. last month some one called and told me that my refund required 30 days more to process. But no one replied and I found that the company was shutdown on February 01st, 2022. My EMI's are still in active and amount was debiting every month. Was this information helpful? |
