Lido Learning — Unauthorised deduction & Re-Fund not completed

I enrolled my kid to Lido in month of July and due to unstisfactory service denrolled from LIDO ion 2o0th october 2021. After denrollment they mnetioned that re-fund will be completed in 45 days. It has been more that 2months but the refund is still pending. Also, for last 2 months they have been deducting monthy amount even after denrolment from the credit card.
