It was absolutely shocking to note that (a) for a new Liebherr refrigerator bought in Nov 2020, even before end of 12 months from date of purchase, the lower regular ( non-freezing ) part of the fridge went TOTALLY DEAD and only freezer compartment working and passage from air to pass from freezer to lower part of fridge completely blocked by hard frozen ice; and (b) TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT made on Liebherr Customer Care Number was ACTUALLY HORRIBLY AS LONG AS ELEVEN DAYS AND NOT 48 Hours as Liebherr tells!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE & VERY DUBIOUS DESIGN OF THE VERY FRAGILE CONTROL SYSYEM. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A LIBGHERR REFRIGERATOR. Was this information helpful? |
