Its a painful request that my husband policies no[protected],[protected] the accident benefit has not be paid to me the normal claim has been paid 3years 2months back. I have been visiting lic digboi branch often but the lic staff doesnot give importance to me. The lic staff doesnot know how to deal with the customers lic takes preminum in time but when it comes to the customers they does not know how to deal with the customers such a irresponsible behaviour by the india’s largest insurance company.in context to this i will never open a lic policy again in lic.
