Greetings, Sir/Madam,

For my LIC policies[protected] &[protected], I have made 02 LIC premium transactions.

I made payments of INR 33259.88 and INR 5103/- using Google Pay (BHARAT QR CODE) under the merchant name LIC of India.

Despite being deducted from my bank account, neither amount appeared on the LIC of India website.
