Sir, Date of incident: 15/03/2017 Policy nos.:[protected] &[protected] Paid amount of Rs. 19413/- for above mentioned policy nos. through online paymentdirect@licindia website. Amount is deducted from my bank account but website is saying transaction failed vide LIC Order Number 18072093 and Payment ID IAXG[protected].
