Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — annuity not received since july 2018

Re: lic annuity policy ga – 12531, annuity no. 091 q0716004

On checking my bank passbooks (Bank of india, wodehouse road, colaba, sb a/c [protected]) i find that some annuity payments have not been deposited.
These are quarterly payments of rs 23, 221/- paid around the middle of the month in january, april, august and october.
The last payment was on 16th april 1018.

The missing payments are as follows:
2018 july, october
2019 january, april, july

I had contacted our pension payments office in may, and had filled out forms and submitted a pension certificate.

Till date i have not received any payment nor any explanation.
