Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Arrogant and Irresponsible behavior by Lady staffs at JC Road and Malleshwaram Bangalore branch

Hi, this is the bring to your notice that the employees especially at JC road and Malleshwaram branch in Bangalore are not customer friendly, instead they are arrogant irresponsible in terms of dealing with customer. I had horrible experience both at Malleshwaram and JC road when I went their to submit my policy bond against the loan. Previously I had taken loans 4 times without any issue, but this time dated 18 th Dec 20 they made me mental torture by saying that we can't give loans due to change in the bank or merging of bank signature and all unnecessary question both branch. When I asked them politely they were very rude in their behavior as well.
Finally my LIC agent madam came and she took my documents and finally I got the loans with the help of my agent.

One more important note I had cleared my loans against my policy number 61576833 in the month of oct 5 th for which I didn't got my LIC bond till date for which I had to approach the LIC office at JC road branch they made me to wait for more than 2 hr when I approach and asked the reason they told that they have misplaced and it would take time.

I don't why is that I had enrolled for LIC policy when I told that I want to surrender the policy they told me it's your wish and you can do that.

This is the way you treat your customers when you need Policy you people beg and give all assurance that you will support us whenever required.

My request us you need to focus more nad train all your people or employees on customer service training especially those who are old and working from long time on customer service and how to deal and interact with them

Even iam also from customer service Industry I ensure that all customer who walks in to my showroom gets world class customer experience whether it's a purchaser or non purchaser.

Customer is an most important athithi in our premises, he is not an interruption to work he is a purpose of it. We are doing a favor by serving our customers instead customers is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to serve them. Service to customer is service to God.

No customer no sales no sales no money no money no salaries.

Everything depends on customer service only.
