I have made online payment on 11/07/2018 through my lic app for the policy number[protected] for the due 6/2018.My bank account is debited with 20000/- but no receipt is generated, no confirmation received in e-mail or mobile and the policy premium is not at all updated. Please do the needful. Either refund my money or update my premium and a receipt to be sent to my e-mail as soon as possible.
