Dear Sir, I want to change my mode of payment from half yearly to annual, I contacted my agent but not responding properly. My premium due date is 09/09/2014 so within a week time I have to switch. Kindly help for the same. My policy details are as under: Name – Avanish Srivastava (LA) Anisha Sinha (P)_ Plan - Jeevan Tarang (178) Policy No. –[protected] Proposal No. – 18062 Date – 09.09.2013 Half yearly payment – Rs. 25, 260 Due date – 09/09/2014 Thanks & Regards, Anisha Sinha

Dear Anisha,

You need to visit your LIC branch no.124 and give an application to alter the mode of premium payment to yearly. Do enclose a copy of ID &amp; address proof with it.
Else you can also courier to your branch an application mentioning your policy no. in the subject. Hope this solves your query.
