I forgot my user id to login for checking my policy details and it's sending details to my old email id which is not in use .

Not able to proceed my further process due to this.

i have tried all possible ways to change my email id but not able to change .

I request you to please change my email id to below mentioned email address so that i can able to check my LIC details in online.

Please can you urgently raise a call with LIC stating that their site is down for long time. I'm not able to make payments, also not able to download statements for my IT declarations. I see the site is down for some number for days. please take immediate action
