Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — complaint for cd charges of rs 125 on lic policy.

Hi, from last 2-3 times i am paying my premiums online and i have to pay extra cd charges of rs 125. I tried to make the payment before also but it says that policy is not eligible for the payment. This is really very frustrating. Why should i pay anything extra for the issues of lic system. Either allow me to make payment in advance or reverse all the cd charges. Now give me a solution so that i don't pay the late fee or cd charges.
I even do not know what is cd charges?

There are two policies for which i have been charged cd charges:
