This is to raise a complaint for the non- receipt of LICHFL Property original doc, i have cleared all payment on 12- Mar-2018 & it was assured to me that the document will reach KASBA office withing a month, & they will call me once the same is received. I did multiple follow ups & the personnel who pick the call dialed at[protected] LICHFL KASBA office is clueless on the query & always tell me to call me after some time, or dial when the AM is in office, also when i requested for AM contact details he denied, not sure what is the problem with transparency.

The response from this branch is pathetic & the employees most of the time rely on AM for any basic communication ton customer, It has been more than a month & still i have not received my LOAN ORIGINAL DOCUMENT, i would like to escalate this to concern for expdiating the delivery of the LOAN original documents, not sure when full amount is paid what is the challenge with the BANK to release the documents on time

I would be glad if someone from LICHFL can assist me on this.
