Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — complaint regarding non credit of policy amount | |
I am customer of lic of india pali mandia road branch branch code 323. I have submitted documents relating to surrender of policy dt 27 april 2018. But till today i have not received credit proceeding of the policy. I have communicated the said issue to branch and also to jodhpur customer zone via email and telephonic conversation for so many times. I am currently living in pune it is not possible for me to regularly go to said branch and take follow up. But due to no response from said branch, i had visited the said branch by travelling from pune only for this purpose but as usual no one is giving satisfactory answer. So i have submitted the written complaint dt 18 august 2018. There is no movement from branch. No one giving satisfactory answer. Was this information helpful? | |
