Dear Sir,
I had a Agent code no. 06303831 with LIC of India, Mehsana branch, Gujarat. I have surrendered my code to LIC of India. LIC of India, Mehsana branch has issued me letter of termination of my agency vide letter dated[protected].I have repeatedly requested through mails to deactivate my agency code from IRDA portal. However it is still active on IRDA portal as status inforce.
I request you kindly do needful for the deactivation of my code on IRDA portal.
