Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — could not login to the portal despite several attempts

I am a regular user of lic customer portal. For last couple of days, i have been trying to login through lic portal but my repeated attempts are failed. The server is taking too long time. Even after several minutes of time taking, i am unable to see my login page. I regularly pay my premiums of policies but new portal introduced by lic is completely inconvenient for users. If i tried to login using old version, i could found same results. I have been trying to repay my lic loan online for last 5 days. Could not even login my login page.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

Updated by ravivarma_21 with reference to the mail i got from LIC, i have gone through the link to login, but continuously i am getting a screen which i am attaching for your reference. i would like to clarify to the LIC support team that i am not a new user to the LIC web portal. i have been paying my policy premiums through online for last couple of years. for last one week i could not login my account. this is not because of invalid credentials. this is completely due to the complexity created in the web portal of LIC. i tried to login to my page from my personal PC, office lappy and other systems. all the time im getting the same screen which iam sending you as an attachment.
i would like to bring to your notice that i am using same browsers (google chrome, fire fox etc.) for internet banking transactions and for other confidential transactions. i have no access problem with other websites except licindia.in.
please look into the issue and do the needful.

While trying to login online, it shows an error as my browser is not compatible.
I have the latest version of Chrome and Safari. The page sucks in both browsers.
LIC is such a rich Ins company and why can't you pay and get the online done with a good software service company. I see the same poor performance for last 4 years.
