Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Customer portal login website not working from Toronto, Canada.

Hi - I am having serious trouble paying the installment that is due on my LIC policy because I am unable to access the customer portal login website from Toronoto, Canada. I have been attempting for a few weeks, but the LIC website has not been fixed.

I am not sure how I will be able to pay my policy online by the deadline of November 8, 2023.

Please let me know what steps we are taking to resolve this issue.
