Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Deactivate one online user account

By mistake I've created 2 profile under LIC portal and now I can not go back to a single user profile as one user profile can not be deleted. Also I am unable to add Aadhar or PAN to my profile as it is already there in the other user id. I have tried to contact LIC help portal but they did not responded even a single time. I have left the issue like this since 2018 till I came to know about this portal. Hoping to get it sort this time.
