Address:47- Narayan Nagar Society, Modhera Road, Mehsana-384002, Gujarat.

Dear Sir,
I was having agent code no. LIC6303831 with LIC of India, but due to some reason I requested to terminate my agency. In turn LIC of India has terminated my agency code vide letter dated[protected].
However my code still active on IRDA portal and shows status as inforce.
I request you to interven in the matter.
