Hello & good evening The policy holder had passed away on 17th january last year. I am her only child who had submitted all requirements regarding her death claim. Unit two at thiruvananathapuram has not made the due payment to my sb account with sbi, vazhakkala br. Thrikkakara, kochi so far. Who can help me with this matter? Valsa mathew, pob 5486, rak, uae. Feb 07, 2018 Updated by kariatty I had entrusted a relative living in Kottayam District to help me proceed with the matter and entrusted all documents to him to be sent to Unit Two, Thiruvananthapuram.He kept saying the money would soon reach my SB account.Now I have begun to doubt some foul play from his side as he refuses to answer my phone calls.Thanks!
