Hai there, my dad died on 18/09/2019, then i applied for death claim, (Policy no[protected] they took all necessary documents and said nothing, after 20days submission now they are telling me it is not attested we can't move forward, why don't they tell before taking, now again i have to go 35km far away to reach regional branch, total waste of time and money too, unsatisfied, don't know why you people accept it, if it is not attested, you people have to tell us before we submitting, but never care, after 20days of submission now you guys are telling us it's not attested, and one more thing there is a person named ankama rao, who is working as a div officer in cumbum branch, he never care about customers or policy holders he never come on time as usual, even don't know how to fill death form i think he need 1month or more time to fill the single form, even after 7days he didn't fill death form, i went another guy who filled death form better than your employees, and, your agents don't know any thing, i don't want my children will suffer like this. We have policys, and don't want to continue if there is a option, very disappointed, unsatisfied Let's how will i go to your seniors or higher official, customer satisfaction is very important thing to any organisation Was this information helpful? | |||
