I already paid my premium as on 20 dec 2017 for this instalment dues but on today itself my account debited again for the complete payment of 11855
Kindly send back and credit this money in the orignal mode of payment.

As i tried to contact your customer support there was no response i got from you guys. Kindly look into the matter otherwise going for higher escalation.
